Thank You Ryde Town Council!

I’m really excited to share that Ryde Town Council have incredibly kindly issued a grant for £3,000 to Men Only.

This will allow me to grow our new face to face group sessions starting at the beginning of August 2021. With their support Men Only will now establish itself in Ryde and for Ryde. I am truly grateful.

I am also setting up a 1:1 face to face or virtual session opportunity for you which is completely free, you will be able to access holistic treatments and personalised coaching and whatever else you may need.

I will be launching our Ryde community support group at the end of August, along the lines of men in sheds, but without the shed. I am currently looking for opportunities for us to volunteer our time to support the community of Ryde. If you have any suggestions please email me - karl@menonlyiow.co.uk

The Ryde Mens Walking Group will kick off (or step off) at the end of August as well, there is lots of evidence to show that exercise is good for you and if you can do it with others, you can double the mental health benefits. More details to follow..

There is a lot happening and with Ryde Town Council on our side and your continued support we can make sure that Men Only will grow to be the best resource for Men Only in Ryde.
